"I met Francesca and had my first visit to Chuta this week. In the middle of suburbia, this lovely lady has created a little piece of magic - a tranquil, beautiful haven in which to restore and replenish our bodies, minds, hearts and souls. For ninety minutes, I was in heaven with the “Introduction to Ayurveda” massage, including the blissful Shirodhara (warm oil dripped on your forehead and massaged through your hair). I sipped cool water, herb tea, and nibbled on fresh fruit.
This is so much more than a ‘treatment’. I left with brochures explaining my particular body type and a new understanding of Ayurveda.
This is an experience, one I urge you to try. I felt as if my own beautiful Mother was gently taking care of me.
