Ayurveda Massage and Shirodhara

A deeply relaxing therapy that begins with a warm herbal oil massage to nourish and balance the body, followed by Shirodhara—gentle oil flowing over the forehead to calm the mind, relieve stress, and promote inner harmony.
Introduction To Ayurveda Massage

A unique whole body therapeutic massage using organic Ayurvedic oils and various massage techniques including Kansa Vataki, Abhyanga (oil massage) starting with a ritual Ayurvedic foot cleansing.
This beautifully balancing treatment relieves muscle tension, anxiety and enhances a feeling of well-being and includes an individualised consultation.
Shirodhara
Generating a profound state of relaxation, the pouring of warm oil to the forehead in one continuous stream allows the mind and body to relax and enhances a feeling of well-being.
Shirodhara assists in reducing stress, anxiety and sleeplessness and enables the natural expansion of consciousness. It regulates all hormones in the body by activating the pituitary and pineal glands and replenishes skin oils, regaining natural lustre and youthfulness.
Abhyanga – Back Massage

Experience the healing benefits of this traditional Ayurvedic massage focused on the back. Warm, herbal oils are gently massaged into the muscles to release tension, improve circulation, and restore energy flow. This deeply relaxing treatment not only eases stiffness and discomfort but also calms the mind and promotes overall well-being.
Shiro – Abhyanga

Shiro Abhyanga is a calming Ayurvedic treatment that focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders using warm herbal oils. This massage helps relieve tension, reduce stress, and improve circulation while nourishing the scalp and hair. Nabhi Vijnanam

Nabhi Vijnanam is an Ayurvedic practice that focuses on understanding and balancing the nabhi, which refers to the navel or solar plexus area. In Ayurveda, this region is considered the body’s energy center and plays an important role in digestion and overall well-being.
Uro Basti

Uro Basti is an Ayurvedic therapy that involves applying warm, medicated oils or herbal pastes to the chest (uro) area. This treatment is designed to soothe and strengthen the respiratory system, calm the heart, and relieve tension in the chest and upper body.
Meditation and Mindfulness

Experience a gentle, guided practice that helps quiet the mind, deepen awareness, and cultivate a lasting sense of clarity and inner peace. These sessions are designed to support stress reduction, enhance focus, and promote overall emotional balance.
Our courses run over four consecutive Saturday mornings at the serene
Flat Rock Beach in Tugun.
Our classes are free, thoughtfully designed for beginners and young adults (ages 13+), offering a safe and supportive space for growth and self-discovery.
Our next course starts on Saturday 1st November at 6:00 am for 90 minutes followed by a discussion, handouts and a cleansing dip if you wish.
