Uro Basti

Uro Basti (also known as Hridaya Basti or Hrid Basti) is a specialized Ayurvedic therapy that deeply nourishes the chest and heart region. The treatment involves lying face down while a ring made from herbal dough is placed over the upper chest. Warm, medicated herbal oil is poured into this sealed ring, retained for 30–45 minutes, then refreshed as needed. The session often concludes with a gentle massage over the chest and a short period of rest.
